Dr. Pezzolesi exemplifies clinical excellence and team management. As a graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, and a former instructor at the University of Connecticut Medical Center, Dennis has kept pace with all phases of dental care, paying particular attention to periodontal disease, aesthetics, and dental technologies. A member of the AACD, CSDA, and ADA, he is a leading presence in his own community. Dr. Pezzolesi maintains a private practice and is in the top 5% of dentists nationally in production and income. He is a hands-on trainer at the New England Institute for Dental Design in Wallingford, Ct., teaching all types of indirect resin techniques. He is a cofounder of The Tri-State Fresh Breath Center, a center specializing in the treatment of halitosis. His articles have appeared in Dentistry Today and Dental Entrepreneur. He is an internationally recognized lecturer and instructor in the field of nonsurgical periodontal options and halitosis treatment in the dental office. He is also an expert trainer in the field of vision and goal setting, moving hundreds to productivity in their offices and in their lives.

Kempa E. Meachum R.D.H., B.S.

Originally from Louisiana, Kempa now resides in the Dallas, TX area. She has been a full-time practicing hygienist for over 11 years for several top aesthetic offices. Kempa has also impacted hundeds of dental offices across North America as a consultant focusing on the fields of hygiene department productivity, home care maintenance and support, communications skills, and technology.

Tracy Anderson Butler, RDH

Tracy is a practicing dental hygienist in Palm Beach, Florida. She is also a clinical instructor at Palm Beach Community College in the dental hygiene program. Her passion for dentistry and commitment to excellence has allowed her to create partnerships and coalitions with state of the art products, techniques and companies. Chris has a combined 18 years experience as a registered dental assistant and dental hygienist. She received her degree in hygiene in 1995 from Cypress College in California. In addition to practicing hygiene full-time in Southern California, Chris has been an oral health consultant to a great deal of dental offices nationwide, educating on topics such as alcohol-free home care, retailing in the dental practice, and customizing hygiene programs for the aesthetic patient.

Meredith is a Registered Nurse and was raised in Southern California. She now resides in Tampa, FL. Her medical background includes pediatric cardiology and dialysis. Her dental background includes 4 years as an oral health consultant with Oxyfresh Worldwide, Inc. Meredith enjoys traveling (especially to beach areas!), playing the piano, horseback riding and pilates. She is excited to be a part of the growing field of dental technology with Cieos.
