Cieos Inc. is a technology solutions company servicing dental offices. We develop our own products and tailor our product line to the needs of dental practices. In addition, we offer a full range of computers and computer networks to provide one-stop shopping for your technology needs. To ensure that we provide unbiased solutions we do not profit on equipment other than our own. Our goal is to improve efficiency and functionality in the business of dentistry.

Management Team

Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer, Ekram has a background in Medical Informatics from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Since cofounding Cieos, he has been responsible for the development of all new hardware/software products and has been the driving force behind the innovative culture and vision of the company. He has authored many articles on a variety of technology topics related to dental office automation and digital dentistry. He currently serves on the ADA Standards Committee on Dental Informatics and speaks nationally on technology topics. Ekram is also a creative visionary with a unique ability to sell concepts and products.

President and Chief Financial Officer, Enamul is an entrepreneur who has started several successful companies. He cofounded Cieos (originally Centech) in 1997. He has a BS in Engineering and an MS in Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Through his management positions at Georgia Pacific, DuBois Chemical and the Molson Companies, Enamul brings a wealth of engineering and financial experience to the team. He manages the daily operations of the business and is responsible for developing and maintaining all vendor relationships.

Dr. Stefanou is a 1987 graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. In 1989, he started a private practice from scratch in the New York City area, forming a partnership with a chiropractor and developing a wellness center. Over the years, he has lectured to thousands of dental professionals on such topics as retailing in the dental office, creating office profit centers, and improving dental hygiene productivity. He is the cofounder and President of Motivisions, Inc., a company that assists dental offices in creating a powerful, crystal clear vision and action plan. He is also the Dental Division Leader for Oxyfresh Worldwide, Inc., and is responsible for new product development, educational and training programs, and marketing/sales strategies for the company. He has been featured and published in many dental publications including The Profitable Dentist, RDH and Dental Entrepeneur. He resides in New York City along with his wife Genevieve, also a practicing dentist, and daughter Mia. He can be reached at doctony@cieos.com

Assistant Vice President of Sales, Wil holds a BS in Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, a MS in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a Professional Engineer License from the State of New Jersey. He brings a great deal of national and international technology experience to the firm; including technology sales, business development, client management, system engineering, project management and cost analysis. Wil has held various management positions with New Jersey Bell, Bell Atlantic (Verizon) and Telcordia Technologies. He is responsible for supporting the firm's internal sales activities.
